Services
As one of the original NJ Approved Vendors in the program, we offer products to the following professionals:
- Doctors (MD, DO, DDS, DMD, DPM, DVM, VMD, BVSc)
- Optometrist
- Optometrist (who are TPA Certified)
- Health Care Facility
- Physician Assistant
- Nurse Practitioner
- Certified Nurse Midwife
We offer MULTI-PART pads or the single sheet micro-perf version.
For and additional cost, we offer the following on prescription blanks:
- Blanks can be custom imprinted with a specific drug
- Blanks can be imprinted with pharmaceutical advertising
- Alternate site printing on back of form
- More than 1 prescriber is available on certain layouts.
Get Started
Our normal turnaround time is two (2) weeks. We do offer RUSH SERVICE (3 day turnaround).
To get started, download either the Rx Pad or Micro-perf order form on this website. Complete the form, then fax it to us at (609) 392-7766 Fax to start the ordering process. If you have any questions, telephone us at 609-392-0782. We are here to serve you Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Note: Effective October 1, 2008, in an effort to stop fraud, all prescriptions must be consecutively numbered. Any scripts you have currently in your possession are good until that day. Once October 1 rolls around, you must destroy any scripts without numbers. Pharmacies will not accept them.
